Mr. Diamond was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the startup of National PEO. Based in Scottsdale but serving the entire Phoenix market. Clients outsource their back office functions to National PEO. Mr. Diamond managed all accounting or bookkeeping and reporting functions from the start up phase to maturity. Additionally, he managed the office including, payroll processing, sales, as well as Human Resources and tax preparation.
As a Nationwide Professional Employer Organization; ESI was a public company which reached $1 Billion in sales volume. Payroll was the core of ESI services. Mr. Diamond joined ESI after it purchased his company (Pro Pay, Inc.) in 1993. He then served on its Board of Directors and served as VP of Sales in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
Early in his career, Mr. Diamond served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Children’s Centers of America, Inc, a publicly held corporation that operated one hundred and twelve day care centers in 14 states, a position which he maintained for 5 years, until the company was sold.
He also served as CFO of Smokenders, Inc., an international seminar-based organization dedicated to helping cigarette smokers with their nicotine addiction. He aided in setting up the accounting or bookkeeping functions of the company as well as the tax preparation functions.
Additionally, he co-developed the CHL Hockey Franchise for Topeka Kansas which operated during the 1996-1997 seasons, whereupon he returned to Scottsdale and Phoenix markets.
